Their currency rate is competitive, higher than the other agents I have used to exchange money. The staff is friendly and she can speak Vietnamese, Cantonese and Thai quite well. The location is right in Central Market, near the seafood shop and Chemist's Warehouse. Highly recommended.

Not only did First Eastern FX have the best rates, but they also had the easiest and fastest delivery option through Australia Post. I ordered on a Wednesday and collected on Friday. Although you can buy currencies from your bank or AusPost directly, they have limited currency options and don't provide the best rates. Definitely recommend!
Second time using First Eastern FX Adelaide (Central Market). Best exchange rates I could find both times. I ordered online one night (used PayID) and they rang by 9 am the next morning to say the money was available for pickup (also emailed me). Very prompt and professional service. Highly recommended.

I ordered forex online on Friday. I live in the remote Northern Territory with our nearest Australia Post sorting depot 300 km away. I received an email at 8.00 am on Monday morning to say my delivery was awaiting collection, and the "from" box on the package said that it had come from Sydney. You simply can't get better than that!
